bakers & Decorators

Sonder Bakehouse is looking for full and part time bakers and decorators. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, baking cupcakes, cakes, macarons, and cookies, preparing frostings and fillings, assisting with cake decorating, cupcake decorating, crumb coating, and cookie decorating. Commercial kitchen experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Candidate should have experience baking and decorating, even if just in your own home. Candidates must be able to lift 25 lbs. and be on your feet for your entire shift. The best applicant is someone with a great attitude, who thrives in a fast paced environment, is creative, and loves being in the kitchen. Pay is based on experience. Please send pictures of past baked goods you've made (if available).

kitchen assistants

Sonder Bakehouse is looking full or part time kitchen assistants. The position includes, but is not limited to, helping with cupcakes, cookies, macarons, holiday prep, puppy chow, cake pops, swiss meringue buttercream, cleaning, dish duty, customer service, and more. Candidate must be able to lift 25 lbs. and be on your feet most of the shift. It is a fast paced environment and perfect for someone looking to get into the baking world. Hours can vary, or a set schedule can be made.
